Drawing of the stomach depicts a gastrointestinal stromal tumor that arises from the lesser curvature of the stomach and has extraluminal extension into the gastrohepatic ligament. The tumor displays internal hemorrhage and luminal ulceration, which are characteristic features of gastrointestinal stromal tumors.
