Spot radiograph from a double-contrast upper gastrointestinal study shows a mass with nodular margins and luminal narrowing in the antrum of the stomach (arrowheads). Thickened nodular folds (arrow) are seen more proximally in the stomach. CT helped confirm antral thickening.
