(a) Axial T2-weighted image (2620/100) shows linear to punctate hyperintense areas around the occipital horns, especially on the left side (arrow). (b) FLAIR image (7572/100) obtained at the same level shows no abnormal signal intensity (arrow), in accordance with the fact that these areas are true VR spaces.
