Figure 4.  Partial anomalous pulmonary venous connection at ECG-gated CT performed for preoperative evaluation of coronary artery anomalies in a 37-year-old woman. Thin-section axial CT scan shows an anomalous connection of the superior right pulmonary vein (rPV) (arrow) to the right atrium via the superior vena cava (SVC).
