Axial (ac) and coronal (df) CT (a, d), PET (b, e), and fused PET-CT (c, f) images show the gastric fundus (arrow). The gastric fundus may normally be mildly FDG2-[fluorine 18]fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucoseavid and can be confused with adrenal disease in the absence of CT correlation with adequate coregistration.
