Axial (a–c) and coronal (d–f) CT (a, d), PET (b, e), and fused PET-CT (c, f) images show the gastric fundus (arrow). The gastric fundus may normally be mildly FDG—2-[fluorine 18]fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose—avid and can be confused with adrenal disease in the absence of CT correlation with adequate coregistration.
