On a posteroanterior chest radiograph, the AP window reflection (arrowhead) extends from the aortic knob to the left pulmonary artery and has a normal concave appearance. The aortic-pulmonary reflection (arrow) is a more anterior line and extends from the aortic arch to the level of the left main bronchus.
