(a) The large volume is reduced to a thinner slab (15 mm) by using an automated clip plane editing tool. (b) With volume rendering, vessels are well defined and the 3D spatial relationships between individual vessels can be correctly delineated. (c) With MIP, each vessel is defined but there is a lack of separation and accurate spatial orientation.
