(b) Adenoma in a different patient. Contrast-enhanced venous phase CT scan shows a small hypoechoic lesion (arrow) within the pancreatic body. Adenomas typically enhance avidly in the arterial phase following contrast material administration and can be missed if imaging is not performed in all three phases.
