Cardiac MR Imaging Assessment Following Tetralogy of Fallot Repair

Movie 1. Dynamic 3D time-resolved MR angiography in a 7-year-old girl with repaired TOF. A set of 30 3D data sets were obtained at less than 1 second per volume, with a voxel size of 2.5 x 2.0 x 2.5 mm during free breathing.

Movie 2. Cine phase-contrast images in an oblique coronal plane show through-plane velocity of a dilated main pulmonary artery in a young adult after TOF repair. Pulmonary regurgitation is seen as retrograde (black) flow in diastole.

Movie 3. SSFP cine images in a short-axis plane show a right ventricular outflow tract aneurysm in an adult male patient after TOF repair.
