(b, c) Coronal (b) and sagittal (c) reformatted images demonstrate banding artifacts with kymographic contours at the cardiac border. The patient had a heart rate of 58 bpm in normal sinus rhythm during scanning. Later, it was discovered that a microphone in the CT room was out of order and that breath-holding instructions had not been given to the patient.
