Axial (a) and coronal (b) CT scans through the right talus show a mixed hypoattenuating-sclerotic pattern along the medial half of the talar dome that is outlined by a serpiginous sclerotic line (arrows). The mixed imaging pattern is consistent with osteonecrosis.
