(b) Early portal phase US image obtained 35 seconds after contrast material injection demonstrates lesion isoechogenicity. Arrow indicates an enhanced vein. (c) Parenchymal phase US image obtained 121 seconds after injection demonstrates persistent lesion isoechogenicity.
