(a) CT scan shows prominent lymph nodes in the region of the right external iliac artery (arrows). (b) Corresponding axial PET scan shows FDG uptake in these nodes (arrows). Note also the physiologic uptake in the sigmoid colon (arrowheads). Results of biopsy confirmed the recurrence of non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
