Note the adjacent electrocardiographic lead attachment pad (arrowhead). On a follow-up radiograph obtained after removal of the attachment pad (not shown), no nodule was observed. (b) Front and back views of the electrocardiographic lead attachment pad show an eccentrically located silver nitrate pad, which explains the contiguous nodular area of increased opacity on the chest radiograph.
