Contrast-enhanced helical CT scans demonstrate a cystic mass in the right kidney (arrow in a) and cystic or necrotic nodes in the retroperitoneum (arrow in b). These CT findings are highly unusual for lymphoma and are more common in necrotic tumors such as adenocarcinoma or testicular cancer or in infectious diseases such as tuberculosis.
