CT scan shows a large, lobulated, heterogeneous mass in the midabdomen, inferolateral to the stomach. Thickened peritoneum (arrow) adjacent to the mass is suggestive of a malignant lesion. Metastatic carcinoma was confirmed at surgical excision. The patient had a history of ovarian carcinoma.
