Figure 3.  Airspace consolidation from blastomycosis in a young boy with acute fever and productive cough. Anteroposterior chest radiograph shows a large confluent left upper lobar–lingular consolidation obscuring the left border of the heart. Air bronchograms can be seen faintly.
