Bone irregularity in the posterior tibial plateau in the lateral projection is related to posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Multiple suture anchors are present in the distal femur and proximal tibia, consistent with medial collateral ligament and capsular repair. A Hoffman uniplanar external fixator is also present.
