(a) Lymphogram obtained during the filling phase shows absence of opacification of the left abdominopelvic lymphatic system. (b) Plain radiograph centered on the left knee shows absence of lymphatic collectors in the left leg with filling of superficial lymphatic vessels in the skin (dermal reflux). These findings are consistent with lymphatic aplasia.
